Lamia (ラミア Ramia), also known as "Ramia Yamazaki" (山崎良美亜 Yamazaki Ramia) in her disguise as a human teacher, is a Jigoku-jin (地獄人 Jigoku-jin) and the true main antagonist of Jigoku Sensei Nube Neo. She possesses Ushimitsu's girlfriend, Eri Yamazaki's body as her vessel to stay on mortal realm.

Lamia heavily despises humanity due to she learned the origins of yokai and places like Heaven and Hell were indirectly created by human themselves through religious influence, believing their origins makes them inferior than the humanity as a species. She then learned the existence of Dai Satsuki Tentei so she wants to obtain his powers for her own and destroy the humanity to show her superiority as a yokai. In order to accomplish her goal, Lamia hired her fellow demons Gildo Ray and Vlad Zeppe as her pawns under the guise that Tentei can bring salvation for all demons. Neither of them were aware at Lamia's true plan.
When Eri Yamazaki and her fellow scientists entered Hell to research for information about the origins of Hell, Lamia and her fellow demons used this as opportunity to possesses them and then entered the mortal realm, taking control of Eri's laboratory and forced Ushimitsu to work for them. Later on, Lamia and her fellow demons invaded the supernatural organization Vimuk and became the new leaders of the organization. From that point on, Lamia and the others made propaganda about Tentei to convince humanity to join them and help them to fund their projects to summon Tentei in the mortal realm.
Jigoku Sensei Nube NEO[]
Alongside with her fellow demons, Lamia first appeared at Chapter 48 of the sequel series. After they learned the news that Carla Singh has been defeated, Lamia began to took an interest at Meisuke Nueno and starts wondering if the earlier reports about him written by Ushimitsu were fake or not. She would then disguise herself as a newbie teacher and entered Doumori Elementary, began to teach Nube's students alongside him and Kyōko Inaba.
Jigoku Sensei Nube PLUS[]
Lamia only made a briefly cameo appearance in the final chapter of the spin-off series.
